Spring is here and the warm temperatures couldn’t have come any sooner. During the spring and summer, I try to do things outside as much as possible, whether that’s a workout, playing a sport, or just grilling some burgers. One of my favorite things to do on a warm, sunny day is bike. Biking is something I have been doing for a few years now with family and friends. Its a great way to get out and enjoy the day as well as some scenery. There are so many trails you can find that are perfect for biking and allow you to get in a great steady-state cardio workout. I find that biking is great for relieving any kind of stress you feel as well. Just being out in nature and away from traffic seems to bring a great positivity along with it.
